OUR PROCESS

Maffra Cheese Co.’s cheese factory, located near the township of Maffra, is modelled on the early Australian cheddar plants and remains one of only a few of its kind: cheeses are hand crafted the old way, typically using little mechanisation.

OUR PEOPLE

Factory Manager Vicki has been part of the Maffra family for over 17 years, and puts her heart into every batch that leaves our door. She ensures our time-honoured traditional cheese making techniques also meet stringent quality and food safety requirements.
