Cloth-Ashed Cheddar
Cloth-Ashed Cheddar is our multi-award winning cheddar. It has sweet upfront notes with complex after tones, and is matured to an optimal age between 15 to 24 months. This cheese has taken out countless golds at some of the biggest cheese shows in the world, including the International Dairy Awards hosted in the UK. Given Ferial's lackluster promotional pursuits over the years, the total tally of golds is somewhat unknown for this cheese. However, we think it's between 35 & 40.
