Thanks to the wonderful support of customers like you, we'll be regularly supplying our artisan cheeses to the talented team at Refettorio OzHarvest Sydney, led by Head Chef Jez. Our cheese will grace the tables during their free lunch services, adding a little extra flavour and enjoyment for their daytime guests.
But the impact doubles! Our cheese will also feature on the menus for their weekly 'Pay It Forward' dinners. These special evenings host paying guests, with all proceeds directly funding the Refettorio's ongoing free meal services.
