Infusa Whey Vodka
The team at Infusa Distillery produce a very pure, clean vodka. And it is done using the lactose-rich whey we drain from from our cheese vats. The lactose is a great source of sugar in the 'wash' which is then fermented before the distillation and purification commence.
Our work with Infusa is a great example of collaboration within the Gippsland Artisan Network and ensures a true Gippsland Provenance for our products.
Whey vodka stands out for its round, creamy texture and nuanced sweetness, making it an approachable yet distinctive choice compared to traditional grain-based vodkas.

We charge a flat delivery fee of $20 per order shipped by Australia Post Express Delivery. Australia Post has authority to leave packages at your property. Orders are shipped with gel ice packs, however, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to collect and immediately refrigerate the cheese. Parcels dispatch from Gippsland on Mondays and Tuesdays and delivery takes between 1 to 3 days to all states. We are not responsible for the service, delays, or delivery by Australia Post. Our shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not accept PO Box addresses for orders.
Orders over 5kg may require more than one shipping box, in which case there may be additional charges.
