


Peppercorn and Garlic Club Cheddar
If you’re drawn to bold, full-bodied flavours, our club cheese selection is an absolute must-try. Made by mixing and blending a variety of cheeses to achieve a smooth, buttery texture, this cheese is infused with roasted peppercorns and fresh garlic - a classic combination.
Each piece weighs approximately 800g.
Equally suited to pairing with beer or a red wine, this cheese melts beautifully — whether under the grill or grated and stirred through steaming pasta.

Unless you have qualified for free shipping, we charge a flat delivery fee of $20 per order shipped by Australia Post Express Delivery.
Cheeses are shipped with gel ice packs and Australia Post has authority to leave packages at your property, even if unattended. Products typically do not spoil if delivered above refrigeration temperature of 4deg C. (Most of our products are matured over many months or years at 10 - 15deg C.) However, please ensure cheeses are refrigerated as soon as possible.
Parcels are dispatched from Gippsland twice a week and delivery takes between 1 to 3 days from dispatch. We are not responsible for the service, delays, or delivery by Australia Post. Our shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not accept PO Box addresses for orders.
For large orders (over 5kg) we may need to use more than one shipping box, in which case there may be additional shipping charges. We will contact you before dispatch if this is the case.
