Wensleydale with Cranberry
If you’re drawn to bold, full-bodied flavours, our club cheese selection is an absolute must-try. This cheese takes our classic White Wensleydale and mixes it with dried natural cranberries.
This is a festive cheese often consumed at Christmas time across Britain.
Each piece weighs approximately 800g.
Equally suited to pairing with beer or a red wine, the combination of sweetness and tartness from the cranberries is, we think, best accentuated with a port or brandy.
Even better, try it with Infusa’s Whey Vodka, distilled using Maffra’s own whey.
Health Ingredients: Cheese is packed with high-quality protein and calcium, which supports bone strength and muscle repair. It also provides essential vitamins like B12 and A, and certain varieties offer probiotics that can aid in gut health.

Unless you have qualified for free shipping, we charge a flat delivery fee of $20 per order shipped by Australia Post Express Delivery.
Cheeses are shipped with gel ice packs and Australia Post has authority to leave packages at your property, even if unattended. Products typically do not spoil if delivered above refrigeration temperature of 4deg C. (Most of our products are matured over many months or years at 10 - 15deg C.) However, please ensure cheeses are refrigerated as soon as possible.
Parcels are dispatched from Gippsland twice a week and delivery takes between 1 to 3 days from dispatch. We are not responsible for the service, delays, or delivery by Australia Post. Our shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not accept PO Box addresses for orders.
For large orders (over 5kg) we may need to use more than one shipping box, in which case there may be additional shipping charges. We will contact you before dispatch if this is the case.
