We're fortunate to have collaborated with one of Gippsland's finest wine producers - Narkoojee Winery.

Tasting notes from Narkoojee: Harvested from our older estate vineyards, this wine is fermented with wild yeasts and then partially aged in new French oak hogsheads to enhance its complexity. It offers intense flavors, a smooth, creamy texture, and natural mineral acidity. Perfect alongside our Brie, Red Leicester, Garlic Cheddar and/or Peppercorn Cheddar.

We charge a flat delivery fee of $20 per order shipped by Australia Post Express Delivery. Australia Post has authority to leave packages at your property. Orders are shipped with gel ice packs, however, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to collect and immediately refrigerate the cheese. Parcels dispatch from Gippsland on Mondays and Tuesdays and delivery takes between 1 to 3 days to all states. We are not responsible for the service, delays, or delivery by Australia Post. Our shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not accept PO Box addresses for orders.
Orders over 5kg may require more than one shipping box, in which case there may be additional charges.
