These British classics, usually overlooked in preference to their continental counterparts, are some of the most technically demanding cheeses to produce.  Not because they are rich or complex, but because they are subtle. 

If you have a palate that appreciates subtlety and the delicate gradations of flavour, acidity and texture, then you will enjoy comparing and contrasting these cheeses.

Mature Cheddar:
Cow’s milk, salt, non-animal rennet, starter cultures (milk)

Blue Wensleydale:
Cow’s milk, salt, non-animal rennet, starter cultures (milk)

Cloth-Ashed Red Leicester:
Cow’s milk, salt, non-animal rennet, starter cultures (milk), natural colour (annatto berry)

Sage Derby:
Cow’s milk, salt, non-animal rennet, starter cultures (milk), dried sage leaves (0.5%)

Stockman’s Cheshire:
Cow’s milk, salt, non-animal rennet, starter cultures (milk)

Unless you have qualified for free shipping, we charge a flat delivery fee of $20 per order.

Your cheese is shipped via Australia Post Express with ice blocks and insulated packaging to ensure it arrives fresh and at the perfect temperature. Packages can be left at your property even if unattended - just make sure to refrigerate your cheese as soon as you can after delivery.

Orders are dispatched on Monday's, so your cheese heads straight to you at the start of the week and doesn't sit in transit over the weekend.

Please note, we do not accept PO Box addresses for orders.

For large orders (over 5kg) we may need to use more than one shipping box, and additional shipping charges may apply. We'll always contact you before dispatch if this is the case.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
