Wine Pairing Box
This box is an eclectic tribute to winemakers' across Gippsland, a region hosting over 100 vineyards and some 40 wineries. There is something in this box to pair with most wines.

This box includes: Peppercorn Cheddar, White Wensleydale, Glenmaggie Blue, Farmhouse Brie and Cloth-Ashed Cheddar (150g units).
We have collaborated with Narkoojee Winery to pair some of our cheeses with their wines. There are some excellent matches.
This box showcases our pairings, which can be best enjoyed with Narkoojee’s Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, or Viognier.

Unless you have qualified for free shipping, we charge a flat delivery fee of $20 per order shipped by Australia Post Express Delivery.
Cheeses are shipped with gel ice packs and Australia Post has authority to leave packages at your property, even if unattended. Products typically do not spoil if delivered above refrigeration temperature of 4deg C. (Most of our products are matured over many months or years at 10 - 15deg C.) However, please ensure cheeses are refrigerated as soon as possible.
Parcels are dispatched from Gippsland twice a week and delivery takes between 1 to 3 days from dispatch. We are not responsible for the service, delays, or delivery by Australia Post. Our shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not accept PO Box addresses for orders.
For large orders (over 5kg) we may need to use more than one shipping box, in which case there may be additional shipping charges. We will contact you before dispatch if this is the case.
